The Arizona Cardinals have begun the process of trimming their roster down to 53 players. Here’s the list of roster cuts up to this point:

- LB Donald Butler
- S Chris Clemons
- T Rob Crisp
- S Matthias Farley
- WR Brittan Golden
- CB Trevon Hartfield
- WR Chris Hubert
- G Antoine McClain
- CB Harlan Miller
- TE Ifeanyi Momah
- RB Elijhaa Penny
- T Given Price
- LB Shaq Riddick
- WR Jaxon Shipley
- TE Hakeem Valles
- RB Kerwynn Williams
- CB Ronald Zamort
Other roster moves include:
- LB Tristan Okpalaugo (waived-injured)
Bryant, 31, is a former fourth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2008. He spent six years in Seattle before he was released in February of 2014. The Jaguars signed him to a four-year deal, but he lasted just one year with them.
Last year, the Bills signed him to a contract during the preseason. However, he was unfortunately among their final roster cuts. It until November for Bryant to get another opportunity, this time with the Cardinals.
He signed a contract with the Cardinals back in May.
In 2015, Bryant appeared in six games and recorded five tackles and no sacks for the Cardinals. He played a total of 135 snaps last year.

Butler, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Chargers back in 2010. He was entering the third year of his seven-year, $51.8 million contract when he was released in a move that freedย up $2,590,000 in available cap spaceย for the Chargers.
The Cardinals signed him to a contract a few months ago.
In 2015, Butler appeared inย all 16 games for the Chargers and recorded 43 tackles, a half sack, a forced fumble and a recovery.

Shipley, 24, wound up signing on with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Texans back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but was later signed to the team’s practice squad at the start of the season.
The Cardinals elected to bring Shipley back on a future/reserve contract this past January.
