Chiefs Promote DE Tim Ward, Sign DE Demone Harris To PS

The Kansas City Chiefs officially promoted DE Tim Ward to their active roster on Thursday and signed DE Demone Harris to their practice squad.

Ward, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Old Dominion back in April of last year. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Chiefs, but was waived coming out of the preseason.

Ward re-signed to the Chiefs’ practice squad after clearing waivers.
