The Eagles announced on Monday they won’t tender restricted free agent RB Corey Clement, making him an unrestricted free agent.
#Eagles will not place RFA tender on RB Corey Clement.
Clement is scheduled to become a free agent at 4 pm on Wednesday.

This move doesn’t come as a big surprise, as Clement has battled injuries since breaking out as a rookie with the Eagles in 2017.
Clement, 25, wound up signing on with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin back in 2017. He agreed to a three-year, $1.66 million contract and made a base salary of $645,000 for the 2019 season.
In 2019, Clement appeared in four games, but did not receive a carry or catch a pass before going on injured reserve.
