Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Michigan DE/OLB Rashan Gary visited with the Giants on Thursday and Kentucky DE/OLB Josh Allen is slated to meet with the team on Friday.
Allen is considered to be one of the top pass rushers in a very deep 2019 draft class full of them. Many expect Allen to be a top-five pick when all is said done.
During his four-year college career at Kentucky, Allen recorded 220 tackles, 31.5 sacks, an interception, 11 forced fumbles, two recoveries and eight pass defenses over the course of 42 games.
Gary is widely considered to be a first-round talent and this indicates he could be a top-ten pick following a strong showing at the Combine.
During his three-year college career at Michigan, Gary recorded 119 tackles, 23 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks, and a forced fumble over the course of 34 games.
