The Jacksonville Jaguars announced that they’ve signed WR Quadree Henderson and LB Davis Tull and waived WR Marcus Simms (concussion) and LB James Onwualu (knee) with injury designations.
Should these players clear waivers, they would revert to the Jaguars’ injured reserve list
Henderson, 22, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in April. He agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract but was, unfortunately, waived coming out of the preseason.
The Giants later signed Henderson to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster. New York waived him back in April and he was later claimed by the Jets.
In 2018, Henderson appeared in five games for the Giants and totaled 112 kick return yards and 68 punt return yards.
