- In regards to the Cowboys’ starting offensive line, Sturm expects them to line up:ย LT Tyron Smith, LG La’el Collins, C Travis Frederick, RG Zack Martin, and RT Doug Free.
Giants
Giants QB Eli Manning said that he hasn’tย spoken to DEย Jason Pierre-Paul since he lost a finger in a fireworks accident, but he’s hoping he’ll be able to have the same kind of impact for their defense this year.
“Obviously (Pierre-Paul) is an important player,” Manning said, via the New Orleans Times-Picayune. “He is a force on the defensive side, so hopefully everything gets healed up and healthy, and he’s able to continue playing football at a high level.
“I don’t know the whole story of how it all happened, but you never want to see any professional athletes get injured, especially in a way that probably could have been avoided,” Manning said.
