Althoughย Cardinals free agent CB Jerraud Powers saidย progress has been made towards re-signing with Arizona, he admits that he is unsure if a contract will be finalized.
“I think itโs close but at the same time, itโs not,” Powers said, via Josh Weinfuss of ESPN. “Weโve been in talks, but I donโt know what the waiting process is like. Iโm starting to think that maybe theyโre just going to move in another direction.”

Raiders
Raiders free agent LT Donald Penn said he wants to remain in Oakland despite the team recently agreeing to terms with free agent OL Kelechi Osemele.
โIโve been open with my plan. My plan is to be a Raider,โ Penn said, via Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune. โWeโre trying to figure out of the feeling is mutual. They tell me it is. They made a great signing, thatโs a great pickup for Derek Carr and everybody., Weโre going to see whatโs going to happen. Only time is going to tell. The good thing is Iโm showing interest from other teams.โ
