Update: The Raiders have actually placed a second-round tender on LB Nicholas Morrow, per Adam Caplan.
The second-round tender will cost a little over $3 million for the 2020 season and gives Las Vegas a second-round pick if another team signs Morrow to an offer sheet.
The Las Vegas Raiders placed an original-round tender on LB Nicholas Morrow, according to Scott Bair.
The original-round tender will cost them $2.133 million for the 2020 season and give them the opportunity to match any offer he receives from another team.
Morrow, 24, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2017. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1.66 million rookie contract with the Raiders.
Morrow will be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2019, Morrow appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded 71 tackles, one interception and four pass defenses.
