The Rams announced they have placed TE Kendall Blanton on the practice squad COVID-19 list.

Los Angeles already placed practice squad OLB Jachai Polite on the COVID-19 list last week.
The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.
Blanton, 25, wound up going undrafted out of Missouri back in 2019. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Rams, but was waived at the start of the season.
Blanton was later added to the Rams’ practice squad and has been on and off of the unit ever since.
In 2019, Blanton was active for one game, but did not record a statistic.
