The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed OT Max Starks. Jason La Canfora
Steelers beat writer Jim Wexell mentions that Starks wasn’t re-signed earlier because the coaching staff wasn’t to fond of him but at this point the Steelers really have no choice but to re-sign him given the number of injuries that they’ve suffered on their offensive line.
Starks figures back up LT Jonathan Scott and RT Marcus Gilbert for the time being but could end up in the starting lineup depending on any number of factors.
