Bengals
- The Bengals signed G Xavier Su’a-Filo to a three-year, $9 million contract, which carries base salaries of $1 million, $2.5 million and $2.7 million and includes a $1 million signing bonus. (Aaron Wilson)
- Su’a-Filo can also earn up to $1 million total in per-game roster bonuses for 2020 and another $200,000 in roster bonuses through 2021 and 2022 to go along with a $500,000 playing time escalator.

- Jeff Zrebiec writes that the Ravens would still like to re-sign veteran CB Jimmy Smith and have resumed negotiations with ILB Patrick Onwuasor.
- According to Zrebiec, Onwuasor seemed ready to leave Baltimore but now the Ravens are interested in an extension.
Steelers
- New Steelers TE Eric Ebron said Steelers HC Mike Tomlin was one of the members of the organization who lobbied to bring him in: “He told me he’s been on me since I was a Tar Heel, and he’s happy to get one of the guys he wanted out of college.
