Bengals Won’t Re-Sign LB Emmanuel Lamur, Has Interest From Lions, Dolphins & Vikings

Jim Owczarski of the Enquirer, citing a league source, reports that Bengals free agent LB Emmanuel Lamur won’t be re-signing with the Bengals. Instead, Lamur will test the open market.

Owczarski mentions that the Lions, Dolphins and Vikings have expressed interest in him during the legal tampering period.

Lamur, 26, wound up signing on with the Bengals as undrafted free agent out of Kansas State back in 2012. He returned to the team on a one-year, restricted deal worth $2.356 million last year.

In 2015, Lamur appeared in all 16 games for the Bengals and recorded 40 tackles, a half sack, a forced fumble, a recovery and three pass defenses.
