Nate Ulrich reports that the Browns are promoting DL Gabe Wright to their active roster on Tuesday.
Wright, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Lions back in 2015. He was unfortunately among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason but later signed to the Browns’ practice squad last week.
In 2015, Wright appeared in seven games for the Browns and recorded six tackles and no sacks.
