The Kansas City Chiefs have signed P Dustin Colquitt to a new three-year contract worth $7.5 million on Thursday that can increase up to $9 million, according to his agency.

Colquitt, 38, is a former third-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2005. He’s played his entire 15-year career in Kansas City and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2017, Colquitt totaled 2,772 punt yards on 65 attempts (46.64 YPA) to go along with five touchbacks over the course of 16 games.
