Phillip Wilson of the Indianapolis Star reports that Colts RB Joseph Addai will be the teams “emergency” running back for Week 10’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Last week Delone Carter and Donald Brown handled the workload while Addai remained third on the depth chart while he’s recovering from a hamstring injury. It’s safe to assume that the Colts will use the same strategy for this weekend.
Colts head coach mentioned that Addai is still “not quite 100 percent.”
At this point in the season, getting Addai back couldn’t hurt but it will hardly turn around their offensive production. It had been a very tough year to be a Colts fan but at least Andrew Luck could sitting at the finish line.
