The Indianapolis Colts tried out free agent LB Zaire Anderson and TE David Grinnage on Monday, according to Howard Balzer.
Anderson, 26, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Nebraska back in 2015. He has returned to the Broncos each of the last three years on one-year contracts.
However, the Broncos elected to waive him coming out of the preseason as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
In 2017, Anderson appeared in all 16 games for the Broncos and recorded 23 total tackles, one fumble recovery, and scored one defensive touchdown.
