Dez Bryant missed another Cowboys practice again on Friday because of a quad injury that has hampered him for the early part of the season. Bryant practiced on Wednesday but unfortunately wasย limited because of his quad.
This is starting to become a pretty concern injury as it continues to hamper Bryant’s ability to effective contribute on the field, leaving Dallas’s offensive much more simplistic. Considering that the teams running game has yet to put together a solid all-around performance, the pressure falls on Tony Romoย and the Cowboys passing attack to points on the board. Teams know that TE Jason Witten is their best option without Dez and Miles Austin, so theย game planย moving forward is to stop Witten and let the inexperienced receivers beat them. The Cowboys need to have at least one of Miles Austin or Dez Bryant to keep opposing defenses honest.
