The Philadelphia Eagles announced that they have re-signed veteran S Nate Allen to a one-year deal on Monday.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports thatย Allen receives a one-year, $2 million contract that includes another $1 million in play-time incentives.
Allen, 26, played 1126 snaps for the Eagles last season and was rated as the No. 49 safety in the league, according to Pro Football Focus.
He appeared in all 16 games last year and totaledย 83 tackles, one sack, an interception and a forced fumble.
