Eagles VP Of Player Personnel Joe Douglas Name To Watch For Jets’ GM Job

Several reports from Wednesday have said that Eagles VP of player personnel Joe Douglas is a name to watch for the Jets’ GM vacancy after they surprisingly fired Mike Maccagnan

Douglas has been a rumored GM candidate for the Jets for a few months now and has ties to HC Adam Gase, who is currently serving as the team’s interim GM while they conduct a search.

Douglas began working for the Ravens in their personnel department in 2000 and spent 15 years with the organization.

The Bears hired him as their director of college scouting for the 2015 season.

Douglas spent one year in Chicago before joining the Eagles as their vice president of player personnel the following year.

We’ll have more regarding the Jets’ GM search as the news is available.
