Adam Caplan reports that the Eagles brought in five players workouts on Monday including QB Brad Sorensen.
Philadelphia also tried out receivers Aaron Dobson, DeAndrew White, Da’Ron Brown and Jordan Leslie.
Sorensen, 28, is a former seventh-round pick of the Chargers back in 2013. He was waived at the start of the 2014 season and later signed by the Titans to their practice squad.
However, he lasted less than a week in Tennessee before later returning to the Chargers at the end of the 2014 season. San Diego elected to bring Sorensen back on a future/reserve contract in January only to cut him loose in April.
The Vikings later signed him to a contract, but he was among their final roster cuts.
Sorensen has yet to appear in an NFL game.
