Falcons HC Dan Quinn told reporters on Friday that they’re activating first-round OL Chris Lindstrom from injured reserve and intend for him to start against the Panthers on Sunday.
Atlanta officially designated Linstrom to return from I.R. earlier the week.
Lindstrom, 22, was selected by the Falcons with the No. 14 overall pick. He agreed to a four-year, $14,708,738 rookie contract that includes $8,717,264 signing bonus.
Lindstrom’s deal includes a fifth-round option for the Falcons to pick up in the coming years.
The Falcons placed Lindstrom on injured reserve back in September with a broken foot.
During his college career at Boston College, Lindstrom was a four-year starter, a first-team All-ACC selection in 2018 and a second-team All-SEC recipient in 2017.
