Wile was among four players who tried out for the Falcons on Monday.
Wile, 24, signed on with the Panthers last May as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan. He was cut multiple times last summer before the Panthers ultimately elected to move on from him at the start of the regular season.
The Cowboys signed him to a contract this past March but he was once again among their roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
During the preseason, Wile handled the Cowboys’ kickoffs, which included nine touchbacks and a 25-yard average.
