The Atlanta Falcons announced Thursday that they’ve signed veteran TE Luke Stocker to a two-year contract.
Stocker, 30, is a former fourth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2011. He was in the final year of his three-year, $4.8 million contract and set to make a base salary of $1.7 million for the 2017 season when the Buccaneers elected to cut him loose during the 2017 season.
The Titans quickly signed him to a two-year contract and Stocker finished out the year in Tennessee.
In 2018, Stocker appeared in all 16 games for the Titans and caught 15 passes for 165 yards receiving and two touchdowns. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 5 tight end out of 70 qualifying players.
We had him featured in our Top 100 Available Free Agents list.
