Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that the Giants are also working out veteran TE Tony Moeaki on Tuesday.
New York is kicking the tires on a number of notable players this week including QB Terrelle Pryor and running backs Alex Green and Felix Jones.
Moeaki, 26, signed to a two-year contract worth $2 million contract with Buffalo last December, but was placed on injured reserve after he suffered a hamstring injury.
He was later released from injured reserve with an injury settlement by the Bills before the start of the 2014 regular season.
Moeaki was taken in the third-round of the 2010 NFL draft. Since then, he’s dealt with a number of injuries including knee operations and head injuries, which limited him to appearing in just one game during the 2013 season.
