Giants GM Jerry Reese told reporters on Saturday that they will consider signing a running back in either free agency or the draft, per Chris Wesseling.
Clearly, David Wilson‘s status moving forward has factored into this situation now that he is recovering from neck surgery.
Recent reports indicated that Wilson is ahead of schedule and expected to be ready for training camp, according to Adam Schefter.
Andre Brown will be an unrestricted free agent and the team has previously indicated they they would like to bring him back. Packers RB James Starks could be someone to watch given that he has spent a number of years with new OC Ben McAdoo and is coming off of a solid season.
