Giants Waive DB Michael Hunter From IR With Settlement

The New York Giants officially waived DB Michael Hunter from injured reserve with a settlement on Monday.

Hunter, 24, wound up signing on with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in May of last year. He was on and off of their active roster last season and later returned to New York on a future/reserve contract this past January.

Unfortunately, the Giants waived with an injury designation a few weeks ago and he later reverted to their injured reserve list.

In 2017, Hunter has appeared in four games but has yet to record a statistic.
