Bears

• WR Marquess Wilson was carted off the field during Monday’s practice after he suffered what appeared to be an upper body injury. (Brad Biggs)

Bengals

• WR Mohamed Sanu is the latest NFL player to receive a Fantex IPO. He will have 164,300 shares available at $10 per share. (Andrew Brandt)
• WR Marvin Jones, TE Jermaine Gresham, DT Zach Minter, WR Ryan Whalen and OT Andrew Whitworth have all been cleared for practice. (Adam Schefter)

Broncos

• RB Montee Ball is undergoing an appendectomy on Monday, but is expected to be ready for the start of the regular season. (Adam Schefter)

Colts

• WR Reggie Wayne will not play in the Colts’ first preseason game agaisnt the Jets, but is expected to “see some action before Sept. 7.” (Mike Wells)

Eagles

• Former Packers OLB coach Kevin Greene is working with the Eagles in the same capacity. (Zach Berman)

Patriots

• The Patriots showed “they were in a different class than Washington” during Monday’s practice, according to two NFL reporters/analysts. (Mike Reiss)
