NFL Rumors: 49ers, Bears, Cardinals, Eagles, Jaguars & Saints

49ers

• Former Cowboys free agent RB Lance Dunbar is visiting the 49ers on Thursday, according to Adam Caplan.

Bears

• Brad Biggs reports that while the Bears remain in the picture to re-sign CB Sherrick McManis, he is scheduled to visit with an AFC East team on Thursday.
• Recently acquired RT Bobby Massie confirmed that he was signed to play right tackle for the Bears. (John Mullin)
• Additionally, Massie said Chicago was not concerned about his two-game suspension last season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. (Jeff Dickerson)

Cardinals

• According to Kent Somers, the Cardinals are not interested in signing free agent CB Prince Amukamara since he is more of a zone-style cornerback and does not fit their scheme.
• Kent Somers also hears that the team is not interested in signing former Bears free agent TE Zach Miller.

Eagles

• Eagles executive Howie Roseman said the team still has enough cap space to extend DT Fletcher Cox. (Eliot Shorr-Parks)
• Additionally, Roseman said he has “no intention” of not providing an extension to Cox, who is now entering a contract year for 2016. (Ed Kracz)

Jaguars

• Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell said recently acquired RB Chris Ivory and RB T.J. Yeldon will “probably” split carries. (Adam Schefter)

Saints

• According to Nick Underhill, Clemson DE Shaq Lawson attended a dinner with members of the Saints Wednesday night, including HC Sean Payton and executive Jeff Ireland.
• However, Lawson does not have an official visit with the Saints scheduled at this point in time. (Nick Underhill)
