The Pittsburgh Steelers officially waived C Parker Collins from injured reserve with a settlement on Wednesday.
Collins, 24, originally signed on with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Appalachian State back in May of last year. He was waived a month later and signed by the Rams.
After being cut coming out of the preseason by Los Angeles, Collins sat out the entire 2017 season before signing a one-year deal with the Steelers this past April. Pittsburgh waived Collins with an injury designation a few weeks ago and he later reverted to injured reserve.
Collins has yet to appear in an NFL game.
