Heath was an upcoming restricted free agent, but Wilson says the new deal is less than the $2.025 million original round tender.
Heath, 25, signed with the Texans in 2016 as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State.
In 2018, Heath appeared in five games for the Texans, recording two total tackles.
