Texans Re-Sign DL Brandon Dunn To Practice Squad

The Houston Texans have re-signed DL Brandon Dunn to their practice squad on Monday, according to Aaron Wilson.

The Texans’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OL Chad Slade
  2. WR Quenton Bundrage (injured)
  3. LB Eric Lee
  4. LB Shakeel Rashad
  5. DE Dan Pettinato
  6. DB Denzel Rice
  7. TE Rashaun Allen
  8. WR Wendall Williams
  9. OT Jeff Adams
  10. RB Kenny Hillard
  11. DL Brandon Dunn

Dunn, 24, signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of back in May of last year. He spent most of his time with the Bears on and off of their practice squad before the Texans signed him to their active roster.

Dunn was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad. The Texans promoted him to their active roster before placing him on waivers and eventually re-signing him to their practice squad.

Houston promoted him once again to their active roster last month, but cut him loose last week.

In 2016, Dunn has appeared two games for the Texans and recorded three total tackles.
