Vikings Re-Sign K Dan Bailey To One-year, $1M Deal

Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that the Vikings have re-signed K Dan Bailey to a one-year, $1 million contract on Tuesday that can be worth up to $2 million.

Bailey, 31, wound up signing on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in 2011. He was entering the fifth year of his seven-year, $22.5 million contract when the Cowboys elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.

The Vikings later agreed to a one-year contract with Bailey and he finished out the season in Minnesota.

In 2018, Bailey appeared in 14 games for the Vikings and converted 21 of 28 field goal attempts (75 percent) to go along with 30 of 31 extra point tries (96.8 percent).
