Texans head coach Gary Kubiak discussed Foster’s health today.
“Everything was positive today. It looks like we’re dealing with kind of the same thing.”
Houston Texans RB Arian Foster left tonight’s game with a hamstring which is concerning considering that he missed a few weeks in August to a similar injury.
Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said that he’s “hopeful” that Foster will be able to play in the teams opening game.
“We don’t think it’s anything worse than what we were dealing with before,” Kubiak said. “I’m just hoping… he’ll be ready for opening day.”

Foster left the field visibly frustrated with the situation but wound up walking off under his power. The injury doesn’t appear to be a huge concern but it’s a situation worth monitoring as this is an aggravation of a injury that he recently suffered.
