Former Broncos RB Montee Ball Arrested Again For Bail Violation

Former Broncos RB Montee Ball was arrested Saturday night for violating his bail agreement, according to WKOW.com.

According to Walworth County Sheriff’s office arrest notice, Police were called to a tavern where Ball was said to be at the tavern drinking alcohol, which violating his felony bond conditions. .

Ball refused a breathalyzer and to have blood draw, but search warrant was later served to have blood drawn. Ball was later released on a $1000 cash bond.

As of now, Ball has yet to be charged, but he has a court appearance scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

A few months ago, Ball was arrested in Madison, Wisconsin a few months ago and was charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery of his girlfriend. He’s also facing

Beyond that, Ball is facing felony charges of strangulation and suffocation, substantial battery and two misdemeanor counts of domestic disorderly conduct from an incident that involved a different woman from back in 2014.

Ball, 25, was taken in the second round of the 2013 draft by the Broncos. However, he lasted just a few years in Denver before he was released at the start of the 2015 season.

The Patriots later signed him to their practice squad at the end of the year only to cut him loose in January.

In 2014, Ball was limited to appearing in just five games and rushing for 172 yards on 55 carries (3.1 YPC) to go along with nine receptions for 62 yards receiving and one total touchdown for the Broncos.

All things considered, it would be surprising to see Ball play another meaningful span in the NFL.
