Panthers Asst. GM Brandon Beane Has Second Interview For Bills’ GM Job

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Panthers assistant GM Brandon Beane will have a second interview with the Bills regarding their GM vacancy and appears to be the favorite for the job.

Beane was the first candidate to interview with the team and has been linked to the Bills for a few months now, given that he worked with new Bills HC Sean McDermott in Carolina.

The Bills have also interviewed Texans director of player personnel Brian Gaine and Eagles college scouting director Trey Brown for their vacancy.

Buffalo officially fired GM Doug Whaley following the 2017 NFL Draft, which didn’t come as much of a surprise, considering that there had been rumors that Whaley would be replaced for months.

We’ll have more regarding the Bills’ GM search as the news is available.
