The Broncos placed a second-round tender on Harris which will pay him $2.187 million for the 2014 season.
Harris, 24, got some good news a few months ago when it was revealed that he had only suffered a partial tear of his ACL during his recent operation. He totaled 65 tackles, three interceptions and 13 passes defended for the Broncos over the course of 16 games.
Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 9 cornerback in the league, so he could be in line for a sizable contract depending on how he recovers and performs next season.
