Teams Gauging Price To Trade Up For Boston College DE/OLB Harold Landry

Field Yates of ESPN reports that NFL teams appear to be gauging the asking price to trade up for Boston College DE/OLB Harold Landry in round two.

Many thought Landry would be a first-round pick, but Tom Pelissero recently reports that he was flagged by some teams for medical reasons including knee and back concerns.

There are a number of teams who could use an edge rusher and given the premium put on the position, it wouldn’t be surprising at all to see someone trade for Landry, even with the injury concerns.

Landry, 21, played four season at Boston College, but is coming off of a somewhat disappointing senior year.

For his college career, Landry recorded 158 tackles, 48 tackles for a loss, 25 sacks, an interception, 10 forced fumbles, a recovery and six pass defenses.

We have the Packers taking Landry in our new Second Round Mock Draft.
