According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, Texans restricted free agent C Greg Mancz is signing his one-year tender for the 2018 season on Monday.
Houston placed the original-round restricted tender on Mancz, which will cost them $1.907 for the 2018 season.
Mancz, 25, signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo back in 2015. He just finished a three-year, $1,519,059 with Houston and became a restricted free agent.
In 2017, Mancz appeared in 10 games for the Texans and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the last overall center out of 68 players.
