According to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, Bears LB Brian Urlacher “will play Thursday night at Green Bay“.
During Sunday’s game, Urlacher was able to play, but head coach Lovie Smith ultimately pulled Urlacher to prevent any sort of setback with his knee.
“We have a plan for him. You’ve just got to trust the plan. Everybody has to. I feel pretty good. The plan came through last week. Hopefully, it will this week.” said Smith, “I think Brian is good to go and everything. I just know that Brian is going to start the game this week. He’s in good shape. We don’t feel like there’s any issues that he has dealing with the knee.”
The Bears certainly need Urlacher to play Thursday, as the team certainly does not perform the same without him.
