Horn, 28, signed with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Indianapolis back in 2016, but the Titans waived him at the end of training camp.
Horn spent 2017 playing for two teams in the Italian Football League. In spring of 2019, Horn played for the Memphis Express of the Alliance of American Football.
Later in 2019, Horn signed a two-year, $1.1 million contract with the Dolphins, but he didn’t make the team and Miami released him before the season started.
Last year, Horn played for the Tampa Bay Vipers of the XFL.
Horn has yet to appear in an NFL game. In 2020, with the Vipers, Horn played in five games, recording 27 catches for 270 yards and a touchdown.
