WGR radio in Buffalo reports that the Buffalo Bills and WR Steve Johnson are far apart in contract negotiations. The reports suggests that the two sides are off by $2 million per season.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is also set to become a free agent which complicates the situation further as they’ll only be able to use their franchise tag on one of the two players.
Despite getting more than adequate production out of both players, the team has been reluctant to lock either player up. Buffalo is running the risk of losing one or both players at some point in the near future.
