According to Albert Breer, the Broncos are interviewing Patriots director of player personnel Dave Ziegler for their general manager vacancy on Saturday.
Ziegler is New England’s top remaining front-office executive after Nick Caserio was hired away by the Texans.

- Vikings assistant GM/VP of player personnel George Paton (Requested)
- Bears assistant director of player personnel Champ Kelly (Interview Scheduled)
- Patriots’ assistant director of player personnel Dave Ziegler (Requested)
- Saints scouting director Terry Fontenot (Interview Scheduled)
- Broncos college scouting director Brian Stark (Interview Scheduled)
Ziegler actually began his NFL career working for the Broncos. He joined the Patriots and was eventually promoted to director of pro personnel last year.
