Browns Cut Five Players Including DE Carl Nassib

The Cleveland Browns announced that they’ve cut five players on Sunday including DE Carl Nassib.

The full list of roster cuts for the Browns includes:

3. C Austin Reiter
4. CB Jeremiah McKinnon
5. LB Jermaine Grace

The Browns also claimed five players on Sunday including:

1. NT Carl Davis (Ravens)
2. C Aaron Neary (Rams)
3. DE Ifeadi Odenigbo (Vikings)
4. DB Tavierre Thomas (Cardinals)
5. LB Tanner Vallejo (Bills)

Nassib, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Browns back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.59 million contract that includes $889,752 guaranteed and set to make base salaries of $773,000 and $868,000 in the final two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Nassib appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and recorded 32 tackles, three sacks, and five pass defenses.
