Buccaneers Cut 10 Players Including 7th-Rd Pick Joey Iosefa

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced a number of roster cuts on Sunday, as they work to get down to 75 players ahead of Tuesday’s deadline.

Here’s the list of players being released or waived by the Bucs:

• DT Quayshawne Buckle
• OL Antoine Everett
• LS Brandon Hartson
• S Kimario McFadden
• P Karl Schmitz
• CB Al-Hajj Shabazz
• DE George Uko
• DE Jamal Young
• RB Joey Iosefa

Iosefa, 24, was taken in the seventh-round of this year’s NFL draft out of Hawaii. He has three years remaining on his four-year, $2,348,340 rookie contract that included $68,340 fully guaranteed.

He stands to make base salaries of $435,000 (2015), $525,000 (2016), $615,000 (2017), and $705,000 (2018).
