Buccaneers Sign LB Bruce Carter To A Four-Year, $20.5M Deal

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Buccaneers have signed former Cowboys LB Bruce Carter to a contract.

Carter, 27, appeared in 13 games and recorded 68 tackles, five interceptions, a defensive touchdown and eight pass defenses for the Cowboys. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 34 linebacker in a 4-3 defense out of 40 qualifying players.
