Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Cardinals QB Josh Rosen is expected to report to and participate in the start of the team’s offseason workouts on Monday.
According to Schefter, the Cardinals still have not engaged in active trade discussions with teams up to this point regarding Rosen.
Schefter does, however, say that other teams have asked about Rosen, but to date, the Cardinals have not shown a willingness to trade him.
There was some recent speculation that Rosen may skip offseason workouts, given that he’s been the subject of trade talks for a few months now and if the Cardinals were looking to trade him, it wouldn’t make a lot of sense to risk a potential injury.
However, it sounds like Rosen will be in attendance for voluntary workouts next week.
Rosen, 22, is a former first-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2018. He signed a four-year, $17,664,284 contract that includes an $10,926,792 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year option for the Cardinals to pick up in 2021.
In 2018, Rosen appeared in 14 games for the Cardinals and completed 55.2 percent of his passes for 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
