Cardinals Not Sure Who Theyโ€™ll Start For Week 15, Kevin Kolb Unlikely To Be Back

The Arizona Cardinals appear to have hit rock bottom after getting out to an impressive 4-0 start. Sundayโ€™s 58-0 blowout loss to the Seattle Seahawks just highlighted the fact that John Skelton and Ryan Lindley are not NFL quarterbacks.

Head coach Ken Whisenhunt mentioned that heโ€™s still not sure who the starting quarterback will be for Week 15โ€™s game, but he did ask a reporter whether or not he played quarterback, via the Arizona Republic.

โ€œPart of our struggles have been tied into the inconsistency at that position. Youโ€™ve got to have something there that can cover up some other areas, and weโ€™re not getting that.โ€

In regards to Kevin KolbMike Jurecki mentions that heโ€™s unlikely to return this week, which isnโ€™t surprising when you consider that reports from last week indicated that Kolbโ€™s rib injury isnโ€™t healing as fast as they were hoping.

At this point, the Cardinals canโ€™t get any worse and thereโ€™s really nothing to play for. They might as well play Lindley and see if he can show even modest improvement as an NFL passer.
