Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Chargers G Forrest Lamp suffered a broken ankle during Sunday’s loss to the Titans and is out for the season.
You can expect the Chargers to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.
Lamp, 25, is a former second-round pick of the Chargers back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year contract worth $6,666,906, which included a signing bonus of $2,988,660.
In 2019, Lamp appeared in seven games for the Chargers and made two starts. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 41 guard out of 75 qualifying players.
