Chargers Re-Sign WR Geremy Davis & LB Nick Dzubnar To Two-Year Deals

The Los Angeles Chargers announce Monday that they’ve re-signed restricted free agents LB Nick Dzubnar and WR Geremy Davis to two-year contracts.

Davis, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Giants back in 2015. He managed to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season, but was later cut loose at the start of the 2016 season.

The Giants added him to their practice squad a few months into the season before losing him to the Chargers and he finished out the year in San Diego. The Chargers brought Davis back on a one-year, exclusive rights contract last year before cutting him loose coming out of the preseason.

Davis was on the Chargers’ practice squad for a good portion of the season before eventually being called up.

In 2017, Davis appeared in two games for the Chargers but did not record a statistic.
