The Kansas City Chiefs officially activated S Juan Thornhill from the PUP list on Wednesday.
After a promising rookie season, Thornhill tore his ACL at the end of the regular season. He was placed on the active/PUP list a few weeks ago.
Thornhill, 24, was taken with the No. 63 overall pick in the second round by the Chiefs out of Virginia. He signed four-year, $4,615,266 rookie contract that included a $1,376,556 signing bonus.
In 2019, Thornhill appeared in all 16 games for the Chiefs and recorded 58 tackles, three interceptions, one defensive touchdown and five passes defended.
